In our latest platform update (21.14), we have incorporated a unique pricing feature into multi-resource volume models. This improvement enables resellers to customize product discounts for subscriptions. The special pricing option applies to both flat pricing and multi-resource volume pricing models.
Additionally, users can adjust the product margin within the subscription details interface or during subscription alterations. These changes are instantly calculated and provides users with immediate visibility into the impact of their adjustments. It also allows users to make faster and informed decisions regarding the maintenance of the specified price (post-subscription renewal).
