Reporting

CloudBlue’s services are backed by extensive reporting options for asset accountability, risk mitigation and to measure the success of your program. Standard reports vary based on the service type and can be accessed and downloaded online through the web portal.

Standard Report Types:

• Audit Report detailing the assets received in a given shipment and their current condition
• Graphical reports on types of products processed with functional and cosmetic condition
• Service / Repair reporting
• Financial performance reporting
• Certificates of Data Destruction & Recycling

CloudBlue’s asset management system has extensive reporting features. We are happy to create custom standard reports for our clients, but typically it is not necessary since customers have full access to retrieve all of their data based on multiple search parameters and fields.
